Upload a toll statement
The Excel or CSV transaction list from E-ZPass, Bestpass, PrePass or any toll account. Each toll is matched to a load by the truck's toll tag or plate and the time it went through the plaza. Uploading the same file twice is safe: rows already on file are skipped.

Billing by customer
Matched tolls are the load's toll cost. The weekly invoice bills them when the customer's contract has a Tolls line. Tolls that arrive after a load was already invoiced show as arrived after invoice: add them to the customer's next draft invoice.

Class check
Each line's class read the way that road writes it (NJ Turnpike and Port Authority: 1 = car, 2 = 2-axle truck, 3–6 = axles; PA Turnpike / NYS Thruway: axles plus H or L for over or under 7'6") against the truck and trailer that ran the load. Over = charged for more than the truck is: dispute it with the toll agency.

Monthly toll reconciliation
Customers billed tolls at the estimate on each invoice. Once the month's statement is in, compare what was invoiced for that month's loads with the actual tolls. Create puts the difference — plus or minus — on the customer's next invoice as its own line, with the load-by-load backup.

Estimate factor by vehicle type
Each vehicle carries its own factor (Equipment). Setting one here fills in every vehicle of that type — tractor or straight truck + body + axles — except vehicles marked "only this vehicle". Suggested from the last 3 months of correctly charged tolls (3 loads or more).
Fallback: estimate factor by axles
Google prices tolls for a car. Each axle count gets its own multiplier, so a straight truck and a 5-axle rig are estimated differently. Suggested from the last 3 months of correctly charged, matched tolls (needs 3 loads or more).
Trucks & toll tags
Tag number as it prints on the statement. Plate is used for pay-by-plate and violation rows. Spaces, dashes and leading zeros don't matter.
